#Trumbull CT–Over 400 runners and walkers joined together to help raise over $40,000 in New Life Church’s first 5K marathon Saturday. The money was raised for Project Rescue. At Project Rescue they provide a physical, emotional and spiritual rescue and also give a holistic restoration to women and children that are in sexual slavery.

DoingItLocal is run by Steve Krauchick. Steve has always had interest with breaking news even as an early teen, opting to listen to the Watergate hearings instead of top 40 on the radio. His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County.
