#Bridgeport, CT – Oct. 8, 2014 – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying four individuals involved in an attempted armed robbery at Junco’s Market late Monday.  Detectives secured video footage from the location that showed four individuals in hooded sweatshirts entering and attempting to hold up the store at 616 William St. The suspects entered the store shortly before 10:30 p.m. Three of them brandished handguns.

The owner of the store, who has a state pistol permit, exchanged gunfire with one of the suspects. No one was injured.

The Bridgeport Police Robbery Squad is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Chris Borona at 203-581-5235.

La policía busca la ayuda del público para identificar a cuatro individuos involucrados en un robo a mano armada en el intento de Junco Mercado del lunes. Detectives aseguran imágenes de vídeo desde la ubicación que mostraron cuatro individuos en las sudaderas con capucha de entrar y tratar de sostener la tienda en 616 William St. Los sospechosos entraron a la tienda poco antes de 22:30 Tres de ellos pistolas esgrimidos.
