3:03pm–#Fairfield CT– An alert person driving by called 911 and the fire department’s fast response prevented what could have been a large commercial fire at 60 Round Hill Road.  It appears wood in  a dumpster at the loading dock of RBC / Heim Bearings caught fire and extended to the structure.  Firefighters quickly got the fire under control before it extended anywhere else.  There was a smoke condition in the structure as a result.  On firefighter received minor burns to his hand and is being transported to the hospital.  Anthony Neri..of Neri Painting was on the way to a job when the fire at RBC/Heim Bearings at 60 Round Hill Road broke out. Una persona alerta del viaje en llamó al 911 y una rápida respuesta de los bomberos evitó lo que podría haber sido un gran incendio comercial a 60 Ronda Hill Road. Al parecer, la madera en un contenedor de basura en el muelle de carga de RBC / Heim Rodamientos se incendió y se extendió a la estructura.
