UPDATE: The Norwalk Police Detective Bureau is investigating a homicide that occurred on July 20, 2017 at 7:45 pm in area of 236 Ely Avenue. The victim is Johnny Lezeau, 26 years-old of Norwalk. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Detectives at 203-854-3011.

UPDATE: On July 20, 2017 at 7:45 pm, Norwalk Police were dispatched to the area of 236 Ely Avenue for a report of shots fired. Arriving officers found a single male victim suffering life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to the Norwalk Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The victim’s name is being withheld pending the notification of his next of kin. Norwalk Detectives are investigating and the Crime Scene Unit is processing the scene for evidence. 7:49pm–#Norwalk CT– A person has been shot in the 200 block of Healy Avenue.  A white car was seen fleeing the area.
