#Bridgeport CT–This morning, members of the Fugitive Task Force apprehended Richard Evans of 350 Dogwood Drive) and served him with an arrest warrant charging him with Murder, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Carrying a Pistol Without a Permit. He is alleged to have fatally shot Reginald May at 140 Alice Street on July 2, 2017. The evidence shows that Evans lured May out of his apartment by setting off his car alarm, and then opening fire on him from a neighboring yard when he came outside to investigate. Evans is held on a $1,000,000 bond. Great work by all that worked on this case led by Detective Heanue.   \
