3:03am--Bridgeport CT--Once again, police on patrol prevented a fire from becoming more than it could have been.  Police told me the pungent smell of plastic and fiberglass burning alerted them to a fire that could have been much greater since the boats land docked are parked close to each other. Bridgeport, Conn. (May 31, 2015) – Background: Today, Gov.
