A quick impromptu survey today on DoingItLocal.com's Facebook page indicated that mom's are just looking to spend time with their kids and maybe be pampered a little or receive a handmade gift.  Not every mom will want to go out to dinner, especially if getting around is a challenge. Seafood at Swanson's Fish Market at 2439 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield is the perfect answer!   An oven set at 375 degrees will have stuffed shrimp, clams casino and an awesome twice baked potato in twenty minutes!
