Connecticut Post is reporting that the three suspects are: Vincent Michael Keller, 18, of Stratford; Christopher Sakowicz, 18, of Stratford; and Logan Caraballo, 17, of Shelton. They also reported Judge Frank Iannotti, had their cases were formally transferred to adult court and their identities were made public.
After a lengthy investigation, the Stratford Police Department arrested two juveniles in connection with recent arson and burglary incidents within the town including the arson at Shakespeare Theater. The suspects were charged with:

Burglary in the 1 st Degree
Criminal Trespass in the 2 nd Degree
Reckless Endangerment in the 1 st Degree
Conspiracy to Commit Arson in the 3 rd Degree

Criminal Mischief in the 3 rd Degree

Arson in the 1st Degree

All of the suspects were processed at the Stratford Police Department and turned over to court. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.

#Norwalk CT– On Friday, April 5 , 2019, at approximately 8:30 AM, a 9-1-1 call was received from a Norwalk resident, stating that a man had entered the home, and pointed a gun at the caller. Officers responded to the scene and discovered that Collins had fled in a vehicle after attempting to shoot one of the occupants of the home. According to the victims, Collins pointed a gun at one occupant and pulled the trigger, however, the gun did not fire. Collins then pistol-whipped the second victim and began assaulting the second victim on the floor while the first victim ran to the bathroom to call 911. The second victim was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Collins was known to the victims.
The Detective Bureau assumed the investigation and were able to quickly obtain an arrest warrant. Collins turned himself in this morning April 8, 2019, to the Stamford Police Department. Collins was transported to Norwalk Police Department without incident. Early reports on the police radio said the hospital was reporting he was a gunshot victim. I later learned that he had glass sprayed onto his face when his windshield and passenger side window was shot out. A viewer messaged me that they saw a police investigation on I-95 near exit 27a. I was unable to investigate this as I was assaulted by the security guard at St. Vincent Hospital while on a public sidewalk. I want to thank the Bridgeport Police Officers who came to my aid as he twisted my wrist trying to get me to let go of my camera. Bridgeport Police Detectives are investigating and I will keep you posted. The gray car on the right side of the Emergency sign was the car fired upon.
