2020-04-25@4:00pm–#Bridgeport CT– Police received a shotspotter activation on North Avenue. Two males in a gold car fired at a woman on Hurd Avenue, they did not hit her. There are no reports of anyone else or anything hit.

2020-04-25@1:56pm–#Milford CT– Today’s vehicle fire was a dirt bike on Old Point Road. Firefighters reported the bike was fully engulfed in flames and that there was no driver to be found.

2020-04-25@1:52pm–#Bridgeport CT–A woman hit a wall, then her boyfriend with her red Nissan in the 200 block of Wheeler Avenue. She fled the scene but returned a short time later. The man was injured and taken to the hospital.
2020-04-25@1:40PM–#Fairfield CT– #cttraffic– State police were dispatched to the rest area in Fairfield on I-95 for a large gathering of cars. Radio dispatch said it looks like they putting on a car show. We also were informed earlier about a large gathering of dirt bikes and quads gathering a Bass Pro but there hasn’t been any real disturbance at this time. There was, however, a large gathering of cars on Kossuth Street but there were no updates on this.
UPDATE: There were actually two stabbings, this one at 115 Yale Avenue with no real details. A SECOND stabbing happened at Greene Homes Building 5 and that is where the girlfriend stabbed her boyfriend on the lip and in the cheek just below the eye. Both calls happened at the same time frame.
2020-04-24@11:00pm–#Bridgeport CT– Police and EMS were called to the apartment building at 115 Yales Street where a man was allegedly stabbed in the upper cheek by his girlfriend. Detectives are investigating.
2020-04-24@4:09pm–#Bridgeport CT– A man was assaulted and bleeding from the mouth at Porter and North Avenue. The suspect fled on foot, wearing a burgandy top and shiny gray pants. Police lost the suspect fleeing near the International Market.

2020-04-24@4:09pm–#Bridgeport CT– #cttraffic– Use caution on Route 8/25 southbound near exit 5 as Bridgeport Animal Control is trying to capture a dog that was running into the highway. The dog and the officers are not on the wood side of the highway.
