Post Road in Fairfield a “parking lot”
12:27pm–#Fairfield CT–First responders are reporting the Post Road is a “parking lot”. This is due to an accident on I-95. If you can avoid your shopping trip it is recommended….you’ll just sit in traffic. If you are stuck in traffic you might as well stop and have lunch at Chef’s Table at 1561 Post Road!
I-95 Crash
12:10pm–#Fairfield CT–#cttraffic–I-95 southbound is very slow going after a crash. The firefighters are just clearing the scene but the traffic is at a crawl trigger other fender benders.
Easton Motorcycle Crash
12:02pm–#Easton CT–#Cttraffic–Route 58 Black Rock Turnpike just north of Burr Road is a motorcycle accident. Police on scene reporting no injuries but the are is loaded with emergency vehicles right now.

2:52am–#Bridgeport CT–A carjacking just occurred at Boston Avenue and Goddard Avenue. Taken was a black 2002 Honda Acura RL which fled down Goddard towards East Main Street by two males. A gun was shown. It had a Connecticut plate 512 STL

1:22am–#Bridgeport CT–A car has crashed into a utility pole on Woodrow Avenue and the car is fully involved in flames. No word on the driver or passengers.
