1:50pm–#Bridgeport CT– A person was shot near the basketball courts at Barnum and Nobel Avenue and transported to Bridgeport Hospital in a private car. The victim was shot in the chest, he is being operated on now.

Bridgeport News: Like Hitting A Mack Truck……
11:41am–Bridgeport CT– The driver of a pickup truck learned first hand what it is like being hit by a Mack truck on Goldenrod Avenue. Actually he hit the Mack Truck that was at a dead stop according to witnesses. The impact was so great it bent the pickup between the cab and bed of the truck. Both drivers were taken to the hospital.
