Westport News: Pool Contractor Arrest
Warrant Arrest: On Wednesday November 18th, 2015 the accused turned himself into the Westport Police Department after learning that there was a warrant for his arrest. The arrest stems from a larceny complaint received on September 18th, 2015. The complainant alleges that he had hired CT Windows and Sunrooms LLC back in December 2014 to reconstruct his pool roof and paid $5000 upfront as part of the contract agreement. From December 2014 to September 2015 no work was completed or attempted by the contractor. The complainant had requested his money back from the owner/contractor, which the suspect failed to do. Arrested was Noah Cifarelli (age 58) of East Haven Connecticut
Cifarelli was charged with Larceny 3rd C.G.S 53a-124, Failure to Refund Demand 10 days C.G.S 20-247(b)(8), Failure to Provide Duplicate note of Cancellation, C.G.S 43-135a2, Failure to Provide Oral Note of Cancellation C.G.S 42-135a5
Cifarelli posed a $5000 bond and was issued a court date in November 30th, 2015 at Norwalk Court. (Westport Police Press Release)

Bridgeport News: Stabbing Victims
2:22am–#Bridgeport CT– Two stabbing victims were just brought in to Bridgeport Hospital and brought right in to the emergency room. No word on where this occurred or the extend of the injuries. Police on the way. This has been a fairly violent night in the city with two shooting victims earlier.

Bridgeport News: Shooting At PT
1:01am–#Bridgeport CT– There was a reported shooting near building 21-22 at PT Barnum tonight but police found no victim. That victim showed up at Stamford Hospital about 20 minutes ago. Police are looking for a red car that fled the scene responsible for the shooting.
