2:56pm–#Bridgeport CT– Motor vehicle accident with motor cyclists down at Route 25 Southbound by exit 5. UPDATE– The Motor Cyclist apparently fell when he struck a tire in the road. UPDATE– Second ambulance requested; a car is involved.

2:19pm–#Milford CT–#cttraffic–I-95 southbound a one car rollover accident near exit 34 with injuries.

Home Deport evacuated
12:36pm–#Norwalk–The Home Depot on Connecticut Avenue is evacuated due to a fire alarm. Calls are coming in from the customers not the alarm company. Firefighters on the way. No report of smoke nor fire.
4 car accident on the Merritt
10:42pm–#Trumbull CT–#cttraffic–A report of a four car accident on the Merritt Parkway southbound between exits 52 and 51.
Store robbed at gunpoint
10:13pm–#Bridgeport CT–Pembroke Variety Store at 582 Pembroke Street was just robbed at gunpoint by two males aged 16-18 years old. One was wearing gray hoodie, one in a black hoodie. The boy in the black hoodie had a shotgun. They fled on foot on East Main Street towards Stuben Street. 10:37pm–UPDATE–Two arrests made in this by BPD after positive identification made by store owner!

Video Report–Homicide in Bridgeport
Just before 1am Tuesday morning a security guard at Trumbull Gardens called police to report hearing nine gunshots in the distance.
A short time later police received a call of a man laying in the middle of the road in front of 86 Oakleaf Street.
EMS quickly arrived but confirmed that man had died of his gunshot wounds. This early on of course the man’s identity have not been released. His car did have New York state plates.
Police and detectives have just begun their investigation. When we get more details we will update you on Doing It Local.com.
