#Fairfield CT #Meriden CT–Last night members of the Fairfield Police Department along with members of the U.S. Marshals office and made five arrests in connection to the kidnapping and robbery at the Lenox Jewlery on Black Rock Turnpike back on April 11th. Police discovered early in the investigation it was an interstate operation. Fairfield Police worked heavily with the U.S. Marshal’s Department, The FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s office in the investigation.

12:20pm–#Bridgeport CT–Reports of a firetruck involved in a motor vehicle accident on Bronx Avenue. No word of injuries.

12:01am–#Bridgeport CT–Police dispatched to Hadley and Horace Street for a man carrying a shovel and looking into neighbor’s yards. I usually do that to keep the neighbors guessing…..

9:12pm–#Bridgeport CT–Shots fired on Catherine Street. Shell casing found no one or anything reportedly hit.

9:02pm–#Bridgeport CT–The Game Stop at 4344 Main Street was just robbed. A man walked in, smashed the display cabinet and took electronics. No gun was shown but it was implied. He fled on foot towards the Pizza Hut.
