1:52PM–#Stamford CT– Report of a car fire on I-95 exit 27a Northbound.

Last night a fire broke out at the corner of Park Avenue and Worth Street.  As we were first to report police quickly connected a shooting on Linen Avenue a few blocks away might be connected to this fire.  By 2:20 am police had secured a warrant for the home.  Tonight a body was discovered in the home.  We were there as the major crime scene truck arrived to set shop and begin investigating. I did confirm that there was a body discovered in the home but police are not sure how it may be related which is why they are investigating.  

11:41pm–#Darien CT–#cttraffic–I-95 southbound near exit 12 a crash between a minivan and tractor trailer has traffic backed up.

11:29pm–#Bridgeport CT–A car jacking just occurred on William Street.  Taken was the victim’s cellphone and car which was seen heading down William Street.

6:18pm–#Bridgeport CT–EMS and Firefighters on scene at Boston and East Main Street with a motorcyclist down hit by a car.  No word on the biker’s condition.

4:20PM–#New Haven CT– New Haven SWAT team has responded to what police are calling an “event” on Norton St. and Derby Avenue Police asking people to stay away from area. UPDATE— Police: SWAT in New Haven take homicide suspect into custody. Wanted for fatal city shooting on Monda

2:41pm–#Fairfield CT–A Mill Hill Terrace man called police to report that construction workers working at the corner of Mill Hill Terrace and Woodrow Avenue yelling crude remarks to his wife as she walked by.
