1:09pm–#Fairfield CT–Smoke condition caused by an overloaded laundry machine at Sacred Heart University,  Seton Hall on the 3rd floor is causing evacuation of the building.  Fairfield Firefighters on the way.

12:36pm–#cttraffic–Not exactly local but if you are heading northbound on I-95 a bus rollover near exit 61 northbound in Madison.  This will mess traffic up big time, take a detour.

11:20am–#cttraffic–#Fairfield CT– A crash between a box truck and a car has I-95 northbound near exit 23 really backed up.  Right and center lane is blocked.

11:53pm–#Milford CT– Firefighters on scene at 162 4th Avenue where heavy fire is reported by firefighters on the first floor which started in the kitchen.  The bulk of the fire was knocked down before midnight.  A search of the home found no occupants in the home.

6:29pm–#Bridgeport CT– A woman called police that the person that robbed her last night robbed her again just now at Read and Beatrice Street.  Detectives located and arrested him  a short time later.

4:49pm–#Bridgeport CT– A stabbing victim showed up at St. Vincent’s Hospital stabbed under the chin near the neck.  The wounds are not life threatening according to radio reports.  Police are looking for a possible crime scene at West Liberty Street.

3:41pm–#Bridgeport CT– Housatonic Avenue at North Avenue is closed after a tractor trailer took down a utility pole.  Traffic is light and not causing any delays.  Thanks for the heads up on the call Garth!  I was at the snack table!
