UPDATE: Bridgeport Police Report: At 4:27PM this afternoon, it was reported to the Bridgeport Police Department that a body was found in the water near the intersection of Knowlton St. and Arctic St.
Shortly thereafter, the Bridgeport Fire Department retrieved the deceased from the water.
4:22pm–#Bridgeport CT–Police are investigating a body found in the Pequonnock River near Knowlton Park at Knowlton Avenue and Arctic Street. Police activity seemed to be closer towards Maple Street than the busy park. As soon as I get a press release I’ll update you.

1:44am–#Bridgeport CT #FaifieldCT–A white Lexus almost hit a Fairfield Police car on Park Avenue and a slow speed pursuit into Bridgeport onto to Wayne Street, past Blackham School now on Main Street, speeds no faster than 30 mph.
The Bridgeport Library North Branch at 3455 Madison Avenue was the scene of showcasing the 43 years of photographs of Ed Brinsko of the Post Publishing Company. It was fun looking back at the images of Bridgeport from 1945 to 1988. Ed covered news stories to presidential visits. Additional showings are expected.
