Talk about a dream cake!

Small Business Shout Outs started when Danyella from Everything Sweet contacted me and told me that she bakes to make ends meet for her and her son.  She’d be happy to bake something for me if I would give her a shout out.  I thought about it and wondered how many other businesses are out there that could use a one time shout out.  I agreed and  told her that the freebie wasn’t necessary, I was just happy to do it and help her out.

Danyella wouldn’t take no for an answer so I agreed she could bake a birthday cake for my daughter last week, she turned twelve.  She wanted a red velvet cake, I’ve had that in the past and just thought it was the trendy thing.  Well I didn’t have Danyella’s red velvet cake.  It was awesome.  Very flavorful and moist in every bite!

One of the frustrations Danyella told me was many people think the cakes might be the same price as at the supermarket which they aren’t.  Everything is homemade and a lot of work goes into their creation.  I’m not a cake person but it is some of the very best I’ve ever had!    If you are interested in having Danyella create a masterpiece for you call her at 203-218-0057 or click her Facebook page here……
