8:33pm–#Bridgeport CT–An armed robbery just occurred by 7 teen males at Linen and Oak Street. The victim was hit in the face with the gun and the suspects fled on foot towards Greene Homes. Police are investigating.
Bridgeport News: Child gets hand stuck in elevator
7:33pm–#Bridgeport CT–Firefighters were called to Greene Homes building 2 for a child that had their hand stuck in an elevator door. Firefighters were sent to help extricate the child but the child was freed prior to their arrival.
Bridgeport News: Pursuit ends in Derby
7:22pm–#Bridgeport CT–Police pursuit statring Bridgeport ends on Route 34 Derby. State police set up stop sticks on Route 8 but the driver missed them. The driver turned right onto Route 34, the pursuit ended when he crashed the vehicle. One in custody.

3:33pm–#Stratford CT– EMS was called to Sikorsky’s east hangar for an employee with a head injury. The transported the person to Bridgeport Hospital code three which means it wasn’t very serious.
Charity Craft at Fairfield Public Library Woods Branch
[Fairfield, CT, February 21, 2014] The Fairfield Public Library is hosting its monthly DIY
Craft Salon at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road on Saturday,
March 1 at 11 a.m. This month we will work on a project that will support cancer survivors.
Alexandra Currie will be the presenter for this salon. She is the owner of a little square LLC in
Fairfield and creator of the Pink Pom Pom Project, a crafting initiative that seeks to help those
affected by cancer. Join us as we make squares for a quilt that will be given to a cancer support
organization. All supplies will be provided, but if you are a knitter, please bring size 8 needles.
Advanced registration is required due to the limited space and materials. All programs at the

1:05am–#Bridgeport CT–A pizza deliveryman was robbed at gunpoint on Marion Street by three males with guns. Police are investigating.
