12:15am–#Fairfield CT–Sergeant Michael Paris is seen here taking Thomas Wilkes in custody for alleged lewd acts at the train station. Wilkes was seen by three woman who called police and said Wilkes was in a stairwell at the Metro Train Station with his pants down, groaning and pleasuring himself on Frank Street side of the station. Wilkes then hoped on a train and got off at the downtown train station where Officer Mark Letsch caught up with him. Wilkes is supposedly from Westport but is thought to be homeless. The three woman did not press charges because they did not miss their train. Wilkes was charged with breach of peace and release on a promise to appear in court later this month.
