Trumbull News: Attempted Break In

12:34pm–#Trumbull CT– Police are investigating an attempted break in on Four Seasons Place.  Two males were seen with screwdrivers attempting to make entry in two homes.

Bridgeport Police Department Investigates Non-Fatal Shooting

#Bridgeport, Conn. (October 14, 2015) — The Bridgeport Police Department responded to a non-fatal shooting incident in which two people were wounded.  At approximately 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, police officers responded to a call regarding an alleged shooting incident near the corner of Mildner Dr. and Union Ave.  Upon arrival at the scene, police were made aware that two people had been shot, and the victims already were transported to Bridgeport Hospital in a private vehicle.  After contacting the hospital, police were made aware that the first victim — an 18 year-old white male from Milford — suffered a gunshot wound to the right shoulder and one to the chest. He is in stable condition at Bridgeport Hospital.  The second victim — a 17 year-old black male from Stratford — suffered a gunshot wound to the right hand. He is in stable condition at Bridgeport Hospital.  Detectives are actively investigating, and anyone with information regarding this incident should contact the Bridgeport Police Department at (203) 581-5201.

Fairfield News: Appliance Fire At The Carolton

3:49pm–#Fairfield CT– A reported appliance fie at the Carolton Chronic & Convalescent Hospital 400 Mill Plain Road.  Firefighters just arriving on scene reporting its a refrigerator and the fire was extinguished by Carolton personnel.
