Weston Remains Positively ID’s The Navin’s And Additional Arrest

Weston, CT (October, 30, 2015): The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner positively identified the human remains as that of Jeffrey Navin (DOB 3/24/1959) and Jeanette Navin (2/1/1960), the couple reported missing from Easton on August 4, 2015.

Through the course of their investigation detectives from Western District Major Crime (WDMC) applied for, and were granted an arrest warrant by the Bridgeport Superior Court for Kyle Navin and Jennifer Valiante. n October 30, 2015 at approximately 8:00 p.m. Jennifer Valiante was taken into custody at her residence, and transported to Troop G-Bridgeport where she was processed. Upon completion of processing, Jennifer Valiante was transported to New Haven detention where she was held on bond pending her court date.

Arrested: Jennifer Valiante (DOB 05/26/1984) 4 Reichert Circle Westport, Ct.

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Murder 53a-48/53a-54a  Hiindering Prosecution in the First Degree 53a-165aa

Court: Bridgeport Superior Court November 2, 2015 Bond: $2 million

There is an active arrest for Kyle Navin. Kyle Navin is currently being held in Federal custody.

Warrant: Kyle Navin (DOB 8/19/1988) 142 Aldine Ave. Bridgeport, Ct. Charges: Murder 53a-54a (2 counts) Murder with Special Circumstances (53a-54b(7)) Bond: $2.5 million
