Fairfield News: Police Pusuit

2:28pm–#Fairfield CT–A police pursuit from Black Rock Turnpike to Fairfield Woods now being terminated.  The suspect was wanted in a possible fraud in the drive thru at People’s Bank at 1940 Black Rock Turnpike.  It was a white Nissan Murano with plates 176RWX which is a stolen plate.  I spoke with Lt. Perez who said pursuits that involve property only are terminated out of concern to the public and that the courts have ruled against towns in police pursuits that involve just property (non assault on people).  Lt. Perez asks that if you seen this vehicle to call police right away.
