I’m sad to report that Trumbull’s K-9 Cyrus passed away unexpectedly this morning. Cyrus joined Trumbull Police in 2011 after he and was partnered Officer RJ Carlson.

The passing of a police dog is a sad event. Not to be made light of! We don’t know how the poor pup died and should not jump to insulting conclusions. K9s are small but important part of our community and I’m sure it’s just like using one of the team. Prayers for the family.
