Bridgeport News: Man High On PCP Shooting A Gun

4:40pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut- A man allegedly high on PCP at Boston/Beecher/East Main Street firing a gun into the air has been apprehended without incident and the firearm recovered by police.  And you thought it was obnoxious when they were naked!
