Bridgeport News: Hit And Run Driver Leaves Bumper With Plate At Scene

12:00am–#Bridgeport Connecticut– Police are investigating a number of parked cars that were struck by a hit an run driver on Boston/East Avenue area.  The driver left their front bumper with plate at the scene.

Bridgeport Police Investigate Another Death On Palisades Avenue

7:40pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– Detectives are investigating another death on Palisades Avenue, this time at 525 Palisades.  The person was found unresponsive.  On Thursday detectives investigated the homicide of Noel Esbri, 33 of 360 Palisade Avenue.

 

Bridgeport News: Family’s Christmas Presents Stolen

4:40pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– Raymond, a man from New York did like a lot of families in the area did –  travel to Bridgeport’s Bass Pro Shop to do their Christmas Shopping.   But this time a real life Grinch broke into his van and took all the families Christmas presents.  Raymond was teary eyed an visibly upset.  A customer was with him consoling him when he had his van parked next to the store. He refused money from the customer.  Raymond began telling me what was taken when Bridgeport Police arrived to take his statement.  I was able to get the man’s number and will try to coordinate with the other media, the city council and of course you the public to see if we can help save his Christmas.  Who’s with me?
