9:39pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A car crashed into the Safelight Auto Glass at 292 North Avenue. When firefighters arrived they found the people in the vehicle were able to get themselves out of the car and there appears to be no injuries. Firefighters were evaluating the building’s integrity when I left the scene.

4:50pm–#cttraffic–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A multi car hit and run accident on I-95 southbound at the split. The responsible driver, a woman wearing dark clothing fled on foot and was last seen near Roosevelt School at 680 Park Avenue. The school bus in the photo was NOT involved in the crash. Expect delays.
3:35pm–#Bridgeport CT– Report of a flasher at Park Avenue and Pacific Street. A white male about 5’6″ tall (no word on any other measurements) in a black and white sweatsuit is reported to be exposing himself.

9:00pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A man has fallen down the “gap” according to radio reports from the third floor to the basement at the YMCA on 651 State Street.. Prayers are needed as he is suffering serious head injuries.
8:44pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A pizza deliveryperson was robbed on Carroll Avenue near Connecticut Avenue by two males. No weapon was displayed and they fled on foot towards Connecticut Avenue.

There will be a three part series at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road to learn about a Beautiful Solution to Water Pollution.
At 7 p.m. on March 27 learn how a watershed works. Discover better ways for your garden to handle water and drought. On April 3 at 7 p.m. there will be instruction on how to create a rain garden. A landscape architect will lead us through the planning process of building a rain garden. The final session will be on Saturday, April 22 at 10 a.m. Join us on Earth Day at the hands-on workshop and make use of all you have learned.
