On Monday, July 8, 2019 at approximately 11:53 p.m., Troopers out of Troop G-Bridgeport were dispatched to the area of Interstate 95, in the area of Exit 40 for the report of a pedestrian walking on the highway.
Upon making contact with the individual it was determined that he was in need of a medical evaluation. The party was ultimately transported to Yale New Haven Hospital for further evaluation
2019-07-08 @ 11:55pm–#Milford CT– #cttraffic– Police detain one man standing on the Jersey Barrier in the middle of I-95 near the rest stop in Milford. I’m hoping that was just a jacket he was cradling. That was the last frame grab I got before they turned the camera off.
