2021-10-13@7:42pm–#Stratford CT– #cttraffic– I-95 southbound is being shutdown near exit 32 for an oil spill of excess of 5 gallons. I did not hear if it was a result of a traffic accident but expect delays. Hazmat crews are arriving on scene.
