2019-10-24@6:54pm–#Monroe CT–Captain Keith White  of the Monroe Fire Department said a motorcycle, with a driver and a passenger, were headed south on Route 111 by Elm Street when a Jeep Grand Cherokee tried to turn left into the Monroe Plaza Shopping Center and hit the motorcycle. The names of the motorcycle driver and its passenger have not yet been released.

A SilverAlert has been issued for Kimberly Rowe, a 52 year-old female who is 5’5” and 140 pounds. She was last seen on 09-30-19 at 9:30am wearing a green sweater and khaki shorts on Range Rd in Norwalk.  She suffers from mental health issues and is off her medications.
