11:41pm–#Bridgeport CT–A fire broke out at 1222 Fairfeid Avenue just before lunch time today. A Yellow Page website says it is the Fountain of Youth Ministries. Upon arrival firefighters found heavy fire on the second and third floor but attacking the fire was delayed by the need to shovel out fire hydrants first. According to radio reports the building was occupied but a search for occupants turned up negative. Firefighters had a handle on the blaze around 12:15pm and are now chasing hot spots. The fire marshal was called to the scene to investigate. There were no reported injuries two people are homeless because of the fire.

1:13am–#Bridgeport CT–A one car crash at Sedgewick Street and North Avenue. The car is reported to be on its side and the driver may not be able to get out. First responders on the way.
Bridgeport News: Suspicious dumpster fire
12:57pm–#Bridgeport CT–Police are investigating a dumpster fire that is now out at the Cumberland Farms at 2140 Noble Avneue. A person was seen leaving and attempted to start the fire. Firefighters on the way to make sure it is out.

6:06pm– #Stratford CT–A pedestrian has been it outside the Subway at 1345 Barnum Avenue. The pedestrian is reported to be conscious and alert.
Bridgeport News : Car crashes into Crossroads Pizza
4:55pm–#Bridgeport CT–Next window please. A woman in her fifties inadvertently put her car in reverse when she should have put it in drive and smashed through the window at Crossroad’s Pizza at 2212 Madison Avenue. She then put the car in drive smashing into a snowbank. She and her two children that were in the car were not injured but she did have some sort of “apparatus” stuck on her hand according to radio reports.
Bridgeport Police Need Your Help
#Bridgeport, CT – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who held up a Rite Aid pharmacy last week. The attached still photo is of a suspect responsible for the robbery at 1060 East Main St., on Jan. 31, 2014. The suspect was armed and left with an undetermined amount of money. Monroe News: Industrial kiln fire
10:11pm–#Monroe CT–Firefighters are on scene at kiln fire at 921 Main Street. The address comes back to M Cubed Technologies, which their website says they are “world leader in ceramics and metal matrix composite”. Power was cut to the kiln and the fire is now out and firefighters are ventilating. No injuries reported.
