On 06/13/16, the victim of this incident came to Police Headquarters to file a Larceny complaint. The victim reported that he received a notice from his landscaper regarding an overdue payment. The victim reported that in February of 2016 he placed a check to his landscaper in his own mailbox to be mailed along with two other payments. The victim reported that he placed the flag on his mailbox in the upright position to notify his mailman of the mail. Officers determined that the check to the victim’s landscaper was stolen out of the mailbox, then was altered and cashed via a Green Dot account. The check was altered and made out to a Tiffany Falcone and the invoice number had been removed. Westport Detective Sharon Russo executed a search warrant for information on Tiffany Falcone’s Green Dot Bank account. The transaction history showed a transaction on 02/10/2016 in the amount of $1,949.93, which is the exact amount of the altered check in this case. The date of the transaction matches the time frame of this crime. An arrest warrant was submitted to Norwalk Court for the arrest of Falcone. On 06/03/17, Westport
Officers responded to the Branford Police Department and took custody of Falcone. She was transported to Westport Police Headquarters where she was processed for the above listed charges. She was held on a $10,000.00 bond and has a court date in Norwalk on 06/13/17.
#BRIDGEPORT, CT – Bridgeport Police announced that fugitive murder suspect Terrell Evans was apprehended on June 9, 2017. Evans is being charged with Manslaughter in the 1st degree, carrying without a permit, weapons in his motor vehicle, and criminal possession of a weapon. Evans (4/22/95) of 103 Dorus Street, Stratford, CT, is responsible for the death of Kyree Kennedy that occurred on at 20 Reed Street, Bridgeport on May 2, 2017. The Bond for Evans has been set at $250,000. He was arraigned in court on June 9, 2017. Through the efforts of the Homicide Detectives, Gang Intelligence and the Fugitive Task Force they were able to apprehended Evans.

#Fairfield CT–As we were first to report as it was happening, on 06/11/2017 at 12:35am, the Fairfield Police Department responded to a burglar alarm activation at the Brooklawn Country Club, 500 Algonquin Road. Officers arrived and discovered two suspects inside the building. The suspects fled on foot shortly before they were taken into custody by responding officers on Old Oaks Rd. near the golf course.
Rayquon Davis (DOB 05/23/1995) was arrested and charged with violations of Connecticut General Statutes 53a-101 Burglary in the First Degree, 53a-167a Interfering with an Officer, 53a-108 Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, 53a-48/53a- 125b Conspiracy to Commit Larceny in the Sixth Degree, 53a-49/53a- 125b Criminal Attempt to Commit Larceny in the Sixth Degree, and 53a-48/53a- 101 Conspiracy to Commit Burglary in the First Degree. He is currently being held on $5000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on 06/22/2017.

He is currently being held on $5000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on 06/22/2017.
11:27pm–#Bridgeport CT– A man was arrested after crashing on Madison Avenue at Queen Street, not for the accident nor for having the wrong plates on the car but for allegedly trying to assault AMR EMS personnel with a knife. Police were interviewing first responders at the scene. Power was out in the immediate area, UI was on scene.
#Fairfield CT–A report we were first to tell you about–On Friday 06/09/2017 at 3:35pm the Fairfield Police Department responded to a vehicle in Pine Creek. The investigation revealed that a man was attempting to park his car in the garage under his house when his car accelerated through the garage and out the back of the house into Pine Creek. The driver and his dog were uninjured. The Fairfield Police Dive Team responded and removed the car from the creek.
