Tonight’s Vehicle Fire
8:40pm–#Stratford CT– Tonight’s vehicle fire was at the Oronoque Community Center on South Trail. Firefighters reported the car was fully engulfed, not near any structures but were working to keep it from catching another car near it from catching fire. One person was reported burned.

6:35pm–UPDATE: Driver in custody. The passenger that bailed on Caroline Street is still at large.
UPDATE: Foot pursuit on Stuben Street. Police lost sight of him. K-9 called to the scene.
6:30pm–#Bridgeport CT– There is a police pursuit on the East Side, passenger bailed on Caroline Street, driver continuing Barnum at Brooks. He has been driving in a large circle on the east side.

Fairfield News: Citizens Chase Package Thief
4:44pm–#Fairfield CT–Fairfield Police received a number of calls for a blue Honda chasing a man on Brooklawn Avenue. It turned out to be citizens chasing a man stealing packages off people’s porches. At the time of this writing, the grinch is still at large.
Bridgeport News: Manhunt
12:50am–#Bridgeport CT– Police had suspects flee from a car parked in front of 44 Laurel Court. Police apprehended one, it sounds like one is still at large. There is a police presence in the Laurel Court, Park and Iranistan Avenue. I don’t know what they are wanted for but if you live in the area keep your doors locked and if you see anyone running in your backyard call 911!

Bridgeport News: Man Shot At PT Barnum
11:11pm–#Bridgeport CT– A man was shot at PT Barnum Housing near building 16. Radio reports said a dark-colored SUV was seen fleeing the scene after the shooting. There have been no updates at this early hour of the person’s condition. Initially, it was reported he was shot in the back, family on social media said he was shot in the leg. He was conscious and alert as he was transported to the hospital.
