Fairfield News: Barn Fire
7:20pm–#Fairfield CT– Firefighters responded to a barn fire in the 300 block of Mine Hill Road. Firefighters reported a small fire in “what is left of a barn”. They had the fire under control in minutes. Earlier this morning firefighters save one person in a chicken coop fire at the same location that killed over 100 chickens.

3:11pm–#Norwalk CT– A pedestrian has been hit in front of Bed, Bath and Beyond at 540 Westport Avenue. The victim is alert and conscious according to radio reports.

12:40pm–#cttraffic–#Bridgeport CT– There appears to be a five-car crash on Route 8/25 southbound at the exit I-95 split. Traffic is backed up prior to first responders arrival so avoid the area if you can.
Bridgeport News: School On Lockdown
11:38am–#Bridgeport CT– Two “live rounds” of a .38 caliber gun were found in the gym at Tisdale School located on Hollister Avenue. According to radio reports the school was put into “lockdown” but that usually means it was put into “lock-in/out, meaning no one can enter or leave the building as you can see in the photo, two parents are waiting to get in. Multiple patrol cars were dispatched to investigate.

11:17pm–#Bridgeport CT– A man was robbed of his cellphone at Waterview and Crescent Avenue and is currently in Bridgeport Hospital with a laceration to the head as a result of the robbery.
