BRIDGEPORT, CT – Mayor Joe Ganim joined Connecticut State Comptroller Kevin Lembo Wednesday to launch a project now under construction called“OpenBridgeport” – an online portal through which the public will be able to search real-time city financial information. This information includes both revenues and expenditures, such as how much the city has received in taxes and fees, or how much is being paid to certain vendors and under what line items, for example. Moeties Brown was taken into custody early this morning by the Fugitive Task Force for the armed robberies that occurred at 129 Wood Avenue (J&M Market) and 1073 Hancock Avenue ( Delicias Del Pueblo), Southport Pizza delivery man at 168 Williston Street. Moeties will also have a warrant for the Bella Napoli Pizza deliveryman robbery that occurred on Pembroke Street and is being investigated for several other robberies throughout the city.
