Weatherdogs Week Ahead Outlook

Good Sunday evening everyone… we hope you had a great weekend! Its back to the grind tomorrow… pretty easy week forecast wise for us!
Monday and Tuesday are nice mild fall days!

Wednesday starts off nice and then we look for some light showers to move in during the late afternoon/early evening hours.

Thursday is still up in the air…do the showers and drizzle stick around?? As of now not much at all but the chance is there.

A early look at next weekend shows a mostly cloudy forecast but dry as of today.
Could we be seeing the last of the 60 degrees this week?? Cant say that totally 100% but the long range shows us settling back to some what normal to slightly above normal when it comes to temperatures. We should be in the 40’s with some 50’s not 60’s so enjoy it while it does last!

No snow storms as of yet in the next 2 weeks ahead. We will wait patiently wait!

Senator Hwang On Veteran’s Day

As a child, I emigrated from Taiwan to the United States. I moved from a country that was always under the threat of Communist attack and martial law to a country built upon the principles of freedom and liberty.

During that move, I can remember viewing American military personnel as protectors of democracy – symbols of the greatest nation in the world.

Since then, I have tried to view Veterans Day as an opportunity to remind that we need to honor, recognize and respect all of our veterans, all of the time, not just during recognition days.   It is a time to remember the sacrifices our veterans have made to protect us.  We can never repay them, but we can support them and thank them.

Sen. Hwang with veterans from Fairfield American Legion Post 143
