8:50pm–#cttraffic–#Milford Connecticut–First responders at I-96 northbound near exit 35 a crash requiring extrication and multiple injuries according to radio reports.

8:22pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A person was shot in the leg at William and Arctic Street possibly by someone known to the victim. The suspect fled north on William Street. A small caliber gun was used according to radio reports.

Bridgeport News: Firefighters Called To Rescue Child From 5th Floor Window
6:06pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut–Firefighters were called to the Greene Homes a 68 Highland Avenue, for a high rise rescue of a child stuck in a fifth floor window. The parent was able to retrieve the child prior firefighters arrival. EMS and firefighters found the child to be okay…sounds like something I’d do as a child.
Trumbull News: Pre-School Gutted By Fire
4:33pm–#Trumbull Connecticut–Fire ripped through the Blessed Lambs Pre-School located at 175 White Plains Road this afternoon. The residents that live on the second floor were not home when the fire broke out. I’ll have a video report shortly.

9:29pm—#Bridgeport Connecticut–Police are investigating that house at the corner of Black Rock Avenue and Cowels Street was hit by a red car that fled the scene. A red car with heavy front end damage was located on Wordin Avenue a short time later.
