1:50pm–#Westport CT–Firefighters are on scene, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection on the way for a chemical spill of malacide in a basement at 70 Weston Road. One homeowner is complaining of difficulty breathing and EMS is on the way. Malacide is a chemical as a spray in controlling mosquitoes. Approximately 8 ounces were spilled.
