#cttraffic–I-95 northbound Exit 27A is closed with firefighters on the ramp for an oil spill on the ramp. Initial radio reports said it was southbound but I confirmed it is northbound.   Exit 28 East Main Street is backed up.  Get off at exit 26 and take the side roads if you know them or rely on GPS to get you around.  There is also a tractor trailer stuck on the ramp so expect extended delays.

27a ramp closure
