10:20pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A person observed by police tagging building on Madison Avenue, Segewick Street and North Avenue was caught ironically tagging the North Avenue Jail. Police have him in custody.

How could he not realize their are cameras also over jails. Dumb!
