A heart transplant patient from New York and the family of the little girl who provided his donor heart will met for the first time at Webster Bank Arena on Saturday, March 3 during the Monster Truck Jam.

Approximately one year ago, a city resident’s and his two children were involved in a serious auto accident. Sadly, his 5-year-old daughter died from her injuries. The young girl’s heart was donated to a young boy in need. The son who survived the car accident and the young boy who received the heart are both big fans of monster trucks. Thanks to Howard Saffan, President of Harbor Yard Sports and Entertainment, LLC, the families will be able to enjoy Monster Jam in the comfort of one of the arena’s executive suites.
