2019-11-25–#Fairfield CT– Monday night Brenda Kupchick became the second woman to lead the town as first selectwoman. Former U.S. Representative Christopher Shays swore her in to the town’s top position. State representative Laura Devlin and former state senator John McKinney acted as emcees. Twenty Nine other town officials were also sworn in.
