TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY SPEAKS AT EARLY CHILDHOOD SUMMIT; PARTICIPATES IN YWCA HARTFORD REGION LUNCHEON
(HARTFORD, CT) – On Tuesday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will speak at the Governor’s Pre-K to 3rd Grade Policy Symposium in Hartford, which is co-hosted by the Office of Governor Malloy and the Office of Early Childhood. The Governor’s Senate Bill 25 would put into statute the Office of Early Childhood established by Executive Order last year. Later, Governor Malloy will make welcoming remarks at the YWCA Hartford Region’s “In the Company of Women” luncheon in Hartford, which benefits the organization and its mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
