TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY SPEAKS AT EARLY CHILDHOOD SUMMIT; PARTICIPATES IN YWCA HARTFORD REGION LUNCHEON

(HARTFORD, CT) – On Tuesday afternoon, Governor Dannel P.
