5:55pm--#Westport CT-- A man survived a sixty-foot jump off a bridge into the Saugatuck River. Radio reports say he is breathing, conscious and alert. Special thanks to viewer Chuck Stine for emailing this photo.
3:15pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Bridgeport police were called to the Jewish Community Center at 4200 Park Avenue after receiving hate fliers. Radio reports said they have the incident on video. I spoke with Tom Lamb of the Jewish Center to find out what was said in the flier and if there were any credible threats made in the fliers. Lamb said is not authorized to speak about the situation. He said only the CEO can comment. Tom took my contact information for the CEO to call. A parked Bridgeport Police car can be seen in the photo who came to investigate. but I have not heard back.
#Fairfield CT--On Wednesday, July 19th Diane R Connelly, DOB 07/06/1960 was arrested and charged with 53a-107, Criminal Trespass 1st Degree and 53a-167a, Interfering with a police officer after she repeatedly ignored requests by the owner of Miller Nissan to leave the business and then attempted to re-enter the business after a police warned her to leave and not return. She subsequently struggled with officers while being placed into handcuffs. A complainant from Miller Nissan at 970 Kings Hwy East reports a customer inside the dealership acting belligerent and refusing to leave. The female was allegedly still inside the business taking pictures of employees at the time of the call. The complainant states this is an ongoing incident regarding a leased vehicle for which…
1:09pm--#Milford CT-- There water rescue between Charles Island and Silver Sands. One a person which was picked by boat has been rescued and another swimmer reported to have gone under. Coast Guard along with marine units from surrounding towns and Stratford's Eagle One helicopter is aiding in the search. This news report is made possible by:

UPDATE: The Norwalk Police Detective Bureau is investigating a homicide that occurred on July 20, 2017 at 7:45 pm in area of 236 Ely Avenue. The victim is Johnny Lezeau, 26 years-old of Norwalk. 10:38am--#Fairfield CT-- Fairfield Police were dispatched to the "Cascades" at Lake Mohegan today. In the past Fairfield has been plagued with swimmer swimming in no swimming locations. The attached photo a no swimming sign now in the foreground with a flower memorial on the beach in the background for 10-year-old Catherine Perez Trujillo who drowned at that location July 17, 2012. Lieutenant Rober Kalamaras of the Fairfield Police warns: "It is imperative that those enjoying Lake Mohegan Park refrain from swimming at the north end of the Lake “The Cascades”. This area is clearly posted “No swimming” because of a dangerous drop-off shortly after you enter the water. We encourage swimmers to use the south end of the lake where there…
