BRIDGEPORT, CT –Mayor Joe Ganim today joined Mayor John Harkins of Stratford, City Council Members and State Lawmakers to reopen Runway 6-24 at Igor. I Sikorsky Memorial Airport. Mayor Ganim boarded a twin engine Wheels Up jet with City Council members Tom McCarthy, Jeanette Herron and Anthony Paoletto to make the first inaugural landing at the new and improved runway. 11:39pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A Kennedy Drive resident called police that a male in a black hoodie, possibly wearing a clown mask jumped on their back deck and fled. Earlier police were dispatched to Vincellette and Madison Avenue for a possible clown sighting. Police are being dispatched as priority one calls for clown calls so if you have been waiting over two hours to see an officer you may want to call back and say a clown was involved.
