Route 8 Shutdown, One Dead
1:56am--#Shelton CT--Route 8 northbound is shutdown from exit 13 for a one car crash with one ejected and dead from the vehicle at the bend between exits 13 and 14 with people still trapped in the car according to radio reports. With ALL breaking news the information on the radio may not be 100% accurate and subject to change. If there is a death in this accident expect the roadway closed for an extended period of time as the state police will need to fully investigate the scene.
