2020-03-21@7:40pm--Harral Avenue at Center Street where a person was reported shot. There is not a lot of information at this time. When I arrived it was very chaotic with about 40-50 people on scene very upset. The victim was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries at this time.

UPDATE: A city official looked into this because "they understand" what people are going through. The parks department and parking officials do no want to ticket anyone during these times. Although most of the parks are gated, they have no issue if you want to park along the beach to walk, including Seaside Park. Police were called to St. Mary's by a resident.
