3:14pm--#Bridgeport CT--A 3 year old boy on Poplar Street ran out to chase a ball and was hit by a car which stopped and cooperated with police. When I go to calls like this it is easy to get apprehensive on what the result was. I'm happy to report the child was alert, not seriously injured and EMS from American Medical Response were showing great compassion as they always do.
