12:00am--#Bridgeport CT--Prayers needed for a 3 year old burned by hot water in the 300 block of Vine Street. I had my son reach up and grab the pot of coffee on himself when he was 3. It is really hard on the parents. My son completely healed through prayer. The child has been transported to Bridgeport Hospital, they have the best burn unit around.
2:57am--UPDATE: One arrested according to radio reports. 2:35am--#Bridgeport CT--Its definitely a full moon a detective called in a stabbing victim just showed up to St. Vincent's Hospital stabbed or slashed in the hand. 4:50pm--#Bridgeport CT-- 2 incidents at the same time, a police officer is reporting about 20 kids are throwing rocks at his car at Nanny Goat (Lafayette Park) between Lexington and Oak Street. Police are responding with back up. A second incident reported by AMR at at Iranistan and Worth Street a large group of kids on bicycles weaving in and out of traffic. EMS was responding for a 4 year old who was bitten by a dog at Park and Benham. The dog broke off its leash and the owner was having trouble containing the dog. It’s Jay Piccirillo aka Ice Man from Micalizzi’s Italian Ices at 712 Madison Avenue in Bridgeport! Micalizzi’s is one of Bridgeport’s oldest existing business and landmark. 5:35pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Just after receiving a call of a house fire on Soundview Avenue firefighters were called for an overturned boat with people in the water off Govers Avenue at Black Rock Harbor. The fire boat and zodiac were launched and within a few moments the firefighters had the people rescued. There were actually two overturned boats. The one the people were onboard was already being towed by firefighters and was far off in the horizon even out of reach of my digital zoom.
