When approached by the Loss Prevention officer, Malloy spat at them. The officers arrived and detained Malloy, charging her with Larceny 6th Degree and Breach of Peace 2nd Degree. On the evening of November 16, 2023, Officer Hopkins responded to multiple calls from residents on Lawrence Avenue, Field Court, and Welch's Point Road. Jorge Lopez, a 29-year-old male residing on W. Main Street, West Haven, was reported for trespassing into a residence and attempting entry into two others, where he was unfamiliar to the occupants. On October 30, 2023, Officer Beirne arrested Philip Micalizzi, aged 68, on Village Road for breaking the law. Micalizzi was charged with violating a protective order, behaving badly, and stopping someone from calling for help. He had to pay $2,500 to be released before going to court on November 1, 2023. John Reynolds approached a victim near the food court, expressing a desire to touch their buttocks, which he did without consent. Subsequently, a second victim reported a similar incident involving Reynolds. Police apprehended Reynolds after positive identification by the victims.
